Bed and Breakfast

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrival- after 2pm please. Check out time is 10.30 am.
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time, and leave a contact telephone number - if possible.

For stays of 3 days or more we require a deposit of 25% in advance by cheque or money order - made payable to L. Edmunds. Please note this is not refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, unless we can re-book the period assigned.

For last minute bookings - cash payments only please.

Self-Catering

The price for your stay includes all heating and electricity, towels and bed linen changed weekly.

Booking Conditions

Please contact us to confirm availability. A deposit of 25% of the full booking fee will secure your booking for the agreed dates. The full cost must be paid within 3 weeks of the start of your stay. Payment can be made by cheque or by or money order - made payable to L. Edmunds.

Cancellations

Should you have to cancel your booking more than 3 weeks before the start of your stay, your deposit and full payment will be refunded. Less than 3 weeks of the start of your stay, payment is not refundable, unless we can re-book the period assigned.
