Bed and Breakfast

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrival- after 4 pm, unless otherwise arranged. Check out time is 10 am on weekdays and 10.30 weekends.
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time, and leave a contact mobile telephone number - if possible.

Payment

Please note that we do not have credit card facilities at Elmdale Garden.
Payment can be made by cash - at the beginning of your stay.

Self-Catering

The price for your stay includes all heating and electricity, towels and bed linen changed weekly.

Payment

Please contact us to confirm availability. A deposit of 25% of the full booking fee will secure your booking for the agreed dates. The full cost must be paid within 3 weeks of the start of your stay. Payment can be made by cheque - made payable to L. Edmunds.

Cancellations

Should you have to cancel your self-catering booking more than 3 weeks before the start of your stay, your deposit and full payment will be refunded. Less than 3 weeks of the start of your stay, payment is not refundable, unless we can re-book your room.
